Laura is a friendly and caring Paediatric Allergy Dietitian with over 17 years’ experience working with children and families across Adelaide. In addition to consulting in private practice at Adelaide Paediatrics Mile End and Morphett Vale locations, Laura works as specialist Paediatric Allergy Dietitian with the Allergy/Immunology Team at Flinders Medical Centre. Laura is also an active member of the ASCIA Dietitian’s committee, presenting at national conferences and developing/reviewing ASCIA resources.

Laura has extensive experience in working with children and young families to decrease their stress at mealtimes and assist with ensuring optimal nutrition for growth and development. As a mum of two children, she understands the stress and demands of young children and can provide you with simple, practical, easy to understand nutrition advice to guide your family through.

Laura prides herself on being caring and understanding to your needs. She will actively listen to your concerns and give you guidance based on realistic goals and advice.

Rachel has over 14 years’ experience which includes the nutritional education and care of children with diabetes, gastrointestinal problems and diseases, fussy eating, failure to thrive, neonatal care, congenital heart disease, and cancer. She has also provided education to pregnant women in the area of general pregnancy nutrition and gestational diabetes. She has worked both interstate and overseas, and spent the last 8 years at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Adelaide. Rachel has also been involved in lecturing, tutoring and clinical supervision to Nutrition and Dietetic Students from Flinders University.

Rachel consults in her private practice from Adelaide Paediatrics Kensington Park and Mile End rooms, and has a particular interest in supporting children with food allergies and intolerances. She is committed to seeing children who are facing these challenges thrive.

Anna Ritan is a friendly and caring Accredited Practising Paediatric Dietitian (APD) and Nutritionist with over 17 years of clinical experience supporting thousands of children and families with evidence-based medical nutrition therapy. She is also a busy mum of three young children, bringing a practical and empathetic understanding around the realities of feeding children in everyday life.

Anna has worked as a Senior Paediatric Dietitian in hospital settings specialising in neonatal nutrition for pre-term babies, infant nutrition and feeding difficulties, disabilities, enteral and home-enteral nutrition including blended tube feeds, complex food allergies and intolerance, growth concerns, and she has extensive clinical experience supporting children with complex nutrition needs including gastrointestinal issues like reflux, coeliac disease, fructose/lactose malabsorption and chronic constipation.

Anna is also an S.O.S (Sequential Oral Sensory) feeding therapist for fussy and restrictive eaters and is specialised in supporting children with ASD/ADHD Neurodivergent-related feeding difficulties, ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder), and children with complex feeding issues and oral aversions. Anna utilises responsive feeding therapy and neuro-diversity affirming care recognising and respecting ways that individuals experience eating.
