Cancellation Policy for NDIS Participants
Minimum 7 Business Days
You will be charged 100 percent of the agreed support price if you do not attend your appointment or cancel an appointment with less than 7 business days’ notice.
Cancellation Policy for Private Patients & Non-NDIS Participants
Minimum 24 Hours
You will be charged up to 100 percent of the service price if you do not attend your appointment or cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.
