Among other things, the Adelaide Paediatrics physiotherapists deal with gross motor skills and musculoskeletal problems in babies and toddlers. Toddlers should be walking by 18 months of age. If they are getting close to 18 months and are not walking, it may be useful to arrange an assessment. You may also consider seeing the physiotherapist if you are concerned about the way your child moves, walks or runs.
A doctor’s referral is not required to see a physiotherapist.
