Two hour group education session includes:
  • Education about your baby’s sleep, including how much sleep they should be getting at different stages
  • How to develop good sleep habits, including tips about the sleeping environment and bedtime routines
  • Common sleeping problems in the first 6 months
  • Settling tips and suggestions, including how to encourage self settling, discussions about swaddling, sleeping bags, dummies, and much more…
  • Suggestions about what to do if your baby is still having sleeping problems after 6 months of age
  • Plenty of discussion and question time
