Stressed Teens is a mindfulness program for high school students who are struggling with emotion-regulation, feeling out of control and feeling stressed. This 8 week program helps teens to reduce stress, negative self-talk, worries, and gain tools improve their functioning and quality of living socially, physically and psychologically.
What’s the Buzz? is a unique social thinking program that encourages children to think about how to get along with others and explore the benefits of developing new social skills. It is run with a small group of children of the same age / stage. The program is delivered through direct teaching, role-play, quizzes and fun in the context of an encouraging group.
